Custom Covered Deck Construction and Roofing Installation
Construction began with careful demolition of the existing deck while maintaining access and minimizing disruption. New footings were installed, inspected, and approved before concrete was poured.
We installed 6×6 cedar posts with post base fasteners and bracing, tied new beams into the home, and removed and replaced siding as needed for proper integration. A custom hip-style roof was framed and finished with CertainTeed Presidential shingles in the homeowner’s selected color, along with proper ventilation to meet code.
The project also included new deck framing and boards, a stair set on the left elevation, an aluminum handrail system, painted soffit and fascia, 5″ seamless guttering, siding touch-ups, and full cleanup.
