- ten Air Vent 55 static box vents
- Left chimney counter flashing in place
- Cleaned up debris and hauled away waste
- Performed magnet sweep of property for nails
- Provided a 5-year workmanship warranty on the completed roof system

The proximity of siding, fascia, and guttering required extra protection during tear-off and installation to avoid damage. We also explained an optional gutter detachment and re-pitching process that would support extended ice-and-water coverage.
