In 2018, our president and founder, Daryn, found himself at a crossroads as he considered where to take his career next. After years in the service and construction industries, he realized his true passion was helping people and doing meaningful work in a field he loved.
Inspired to make a difference, Daryn founded Keeter Roofing & Remodeling on the principles of expert craftsmanship, deep integrity, and a powerful commitment to assisting the community.
Since launching in 2019, we’ve completed thousands of renovation projects to date—always with the goal of ensuring the homeowners we assist receive superior results that give them peace of mind in their home’s durability.

Daryn started Keeter Roofing in 2019 after a long career and time in the U.S. Marine Corps. Inspired by a “Y” in the road moment, he set out to build a safe, dependable company rooted in craftsmanship and care. A lifelong Kansan with a love for music and learning guitar, Daryn finds joy in leading a team that’s constantly growing, improving, and bringing dreams to life—both for homeowners and employees.
Zyon
Sales
Zyon brings energy and authenticity to the Keeter team, working in sales since 2022. He enjoys being outdoors and spending time with family and friends whenever he gets the chance. Zyon values the opportunity to meet and work with people from all walks of life and takes pride in helping them find solutions while delivering a great experience.
Michele
Administrative Assistant
Michele has been the friendly face behind the front lines of our operations since January 2025. A proud sports mom and outdoor enthusiast, she loves camping, boating, and cheering on her son at Maize Middle School football and basketball games. She brings warmth and joy to the office, making sure you feel valued and heard every step of the way.
Kelsey
Executive Assistant
Kelsey has kept everything running smoothly behind the scenes for almost two years. She’s an amazing baker, a nature lover, and a new mom. She’s also a natural multitasker and problem solver. Kelsey thrives on helping others and is known as the go-to person when something needs to be done right. She finds fulfillment in making others’ jobs easier and ensuring the company runs as a true team.

Sales
Logan has worn many hats in construction and brings years of hands-on experience to his role in sales. A husband and father of two, he loves spending time outdoors with his family. Logan is passionate about educating homeowners and believes in doing the job right—every time. His goal is to provide honest, helpful guidance and make sure every homeowner feels informed and supported.
Dylan
Field Trainee
Dylan may be new to the team, but he’s jumped in with both feet and a great attitude. A fitness lover and self-proclaimed “pickleball pro,” Dylan spends his free time staying active, hitting the lake, surfing, and enjoying life with his family. What he values most at Keeter is the supportive, all-equal environment where everyone helps each other grow—no matter where they are in their journey.
Nicki
Office Manager
Nicki brings heart, organization, and energy to Keeter. A lifelong baseball fan, she grew up watching the game with her family and now shares that love with her two boys. Nicki takes pride in being part of a team that works together with one goal in mind—providing top-notch service and quality to every homeowner. Her passion for teamwork and care for customers shines through in everything she does.
Michael
Sales Manager
Michael brings over a decade of experience in project estimating and sales to the Keeter team. Originally from Buffalo, NY, he’s called Wichita home since 2003. Known for his clear communication and attention to detail, Michael takes pride in delivering honest, high-quality service on every project. Outside of work, he enjoys family time at the lake, traveling, and cheering on his hometown Buffalo Bills.
Justin
Chief Executive Officer
Justin has been with Keeter since June of 2022. He was raised in Manhattan, KS, and has been in the Wichita area since 2012. Justin attended Kansas State University as a Student-Athlete and holds an Entrepreneurship degree. He oversees every department of the business and continues to develop systems and processes to help further the business. In his free time, Justin enjoys golfing and spending time outdoors and with his family.
